Wow, John, thanks. What a perspective. How I would have loved to be college-aged in that era. What a frightening, enlightening, and hopeful time all at once. I've followed you -- hope to hear more about growing up in the 60s. It has always immensely interested me.

As for the 8% -- the market average is 6-7% so what's one more percentage to make a point! ;)
