Jack -- another beautifully constructed piece. Lisbon, Budapest, and Istanbul are three of my favorite cities in Europe -- if not my favorites.

I've not spent a long time in any of them, though I'm looking forward to my return to Europe and I'll probably start in Lisbon or Istanbul.

Cebu City wasn't exactly what I expected it to be but my God the surrounding destinations are a dream. Moal Boal, Siquijor, Malapascua. . . tropical paradises -- all of them. Unfortunately, none are great for digital nomads.
