I find this very difficult to maneuver. Of course, I'm not actively trying to exploit others around me. Still, how much of my daily behavior does so unintentionally? And I know I'm way more aware than others doing the same thing in SE Asia. It'd be an interesting study to look at geo-arbitrage and its impact on locals in more detail.
